Is my mug microwave safe?

Yes it is.

Is my mug dishwasher safe?

Yes it is, however we recommend washing it up by hand just to save the design from hash detergents.

Is my mug printed on both sides?

Yes it is. Our designs are printed on both sides for right and left handed people.

Can my mug be personalised?

We don’t personalise mugs on this website however we have a Zazzle shop where we have mugs that can be personalised with names. Be sure to check out bean and clay co at Zazzle.

Where is my mug printed?

We work with a print on demand business and your mug is fulfilled in the United Kingdom.

How long does it take to receive my mug?

Production time on your mug can take 3-5 business days.
Shipping time can vary depending on where you live…
United Kingdom ~ up to 5-7 business days
European Countries ~ up to 10-15 business days
International ~ up to 10-30 business days

How much does shipping cost?

United Kingdom = US$4.75
European Countries & Russia = US$5.00
International = US$6.50

Will I be charged customs on my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My mug should be here by now, but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please contact us.

My mug has arrived damaged what do I do?

In the unfortunate event your mug arrives damaged please contact us immediately and attach several pictures of the mug so every angle is presented. We will then contact our supplier and a solution will be arranged.

Refunds, returns and exchange policy…

We don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges, so please choose carefully. However, if there’s something wrong with your mug please contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out for you.
